Brazilian defender Marcelo continued his recovery from a thigh strain by taking part in Real Madrid's training session on Monday morning.
The 25-year-old, who is regarded as the first-choice left-back at Madrid this season, has been out of action since suffering the injury while on international duty at the beginning of September.
He has missed recent league meetings with Elche and Atletico Madrid, but it is believed that he could be in line for a return to La Liga action away to Levante at the weekend.
Meanwhile, Spanish midfielder Xabi Alonso continued his individual recovery programme in the Spanish capital on Monday.
