Liverpool and Lille show interest in aswap deal involving Joe Cole and Moussa Sow.

Liverpool and Lille are showing mutual interest in a swap deal involving Joe Cole and striker Moussa Sow, according to reports in France.

Cole, who is on loan from Liverpool alongside Sow at the Stade Lille-Metropole, has suggested that he might be interested in agreeing a permanent deal with the French champions.

Meanwhile, Sow has been linked with a number of clubs around Europe, including Tottenham and Arsenal, after finishing as the top scorer in League One a season ago.

Lille accepted an £8m bid from Fenerbahce for the Senegal international last week, but it is understood that Sow has said that he would prefer a move to the Premier League.
