Blackpool and Hull City will finally attempt to reach an agreement over the transfer of Thomas Ince at a tribunal this Thursday.
Ince turns 23 later this month and his age means that Blackpool are entitled to some compensation after he left them for Hull when his contract expired last summer.
According to the Blackpool Gazette, Tangerines chairman Karl Oyston and legal representatives will argue that they should receive around £4m.
Ince found playing time hard to come by with Hull in the Premier League and had a two-month loan spell at Nottingham Forest in the final two months of 2014.
He has since returned to the Tigers and made three appearances for Steve Bruce's side.
