Timmy Abraham signs deal with Fulham

Timmy Abraham - the younger brother of Chelsea forward Tammy - pens a professional contract with Fulham.

Timmy Abraham has penned his first professional contract with Championship side Fulham.

Abraham - the brother of Chelsea striker Tammy - currently features in the youth ranks at Craven Cottage, but the West Londoners have high hopes for the 17-year-old and have moved to extend his stay at the club.

On Instagram, the teenager said: "Happy to sign my professional contract. Happy new year everybody.

"Every young player wants to get to this point where they become a professional. It's a very good feeling."

Timmy has netted twice in 10 games in the U18 Premier League this season after signing from Charlton Athletic.

Brother Tammy is on loan at Swansea City after penning a five-year deal with Chelsea.
