Bryan Ruiz thinks that he needs more game time for Fulham in order to prove his worth at Craven Cottage.

Fulham winger Bryan Ruiz has insisted that he has yet to perform at his best for the Cottagers and believes that he can prove his worth in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old, who has been relatively quiet at Craven Cottage since his arrival to England from FC Twente in the summer, played his first full game for Martin Jol this season.

"It felt really good [to play against Liverpool], especially as it was my first 90 minutes for the team and we won," the Daily Star quotes Ruiz as saying.

"I need minutes in matches – with those comes confidence. I'll continue working hard. I know I can do much better than I am now, but I am feeling happy with the job I am doing."

The Costa Rica international has one goal under his belt for the Cottagers.
