Laurent Koscielny says that France are relishing the opportunity to take on reigning champions Spain at Euro 2012.

France defender Laurent Koscielny has said that he and his teammates are relishing the opportunity to take on reigning champions Spain at Euro 2012.

The Frenchman, who has still not appeared at the tournament so far, is expected to start against the 2010 World Cup winners this weekend with starting centre-back Philippe Mexes suspended.

"Do we fear Spain? Yes and no," he said.

"If you go all-out attack against Spain, you are in trouble. It's an exciting game. It's up to us to enjoy it.

"We will have to keep it tight against them. I think this has all the ingredients to be a fantastic match."

France will meet Spain in the Donbass Arena in Donetsk tomorrow.
