FC Twente winger Nacer Chadli would be interested in a move to the Premier League, according to his agent Daniel Evard.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a move away from De Grolsch Veste this summer after another impressive season in the Eredivisie, in which he scored 12 goals in 14 starts.
Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham have all been named as potential suitors, although they are expected to face competition from Italian champions Juventus.
Despite reported interest from the Bianconeri, Evard said that his client is keen to play in England.
"Nacer is keen to play in the Champions League but is also attracted by English football," Evard told De Telegraaf.
"Nacer is in a fantastic position. With an eye on his current deal, I expect that clubs won't wait long and that a decision will be made this month."
Chadli has won 11 caps for Belgium.
