Crewe Alexandra goalkeeper Ben Garratt is expected to be out of action for the remainder of the season after breaking his leg.

Crewe Alexandra goalkeeper Ben Garratt is expected to miss the rest of the season with a broken leg.

The 20-year-old suffered the injury during his side's 2-0 defeat to Barnsley on Saturday.

Garratt, who has made 34 appearances for Crewe this season, will find out tomorrow if he needs surgery.

Crewe continue their League One campaign on Saturday when they host Swindon Town.
