Report: Cesc Fabregas eager to prove himself at Chelsea

Cesc Fabregas is fully focused on playing for Chelsea and working under new head coach Antonio Conte despite rumours of a desired exit, according to reports.

Cesc Fabregas has expressed his desire to play for Chelsea and work under new head coach Antonio Conte, according to reports.

The Spain midfielder was left on the bench for the entirety of the Blues' 2-1 opening-day victory over West Ham United on Monday night.

Despite speculation linking Fabregas with a departure from Stamford Bridge, Sky Sports News claims that the 29-year-old is in fact keen to prove his worth under the Italian boss.

Fabregas, who joined Chelsea from Barcelona for £30m in 2014, helped the West London side win the Premier League title and the Capital One Cup during his debut season at the club.
