New Everton signing Samuel Eto'o "not concerned" about playing against Chelsea

Samuel Eto'o says that he is "not concerned" about possibly facing former club Chelsea in his first game as an Everton player this weekend.

Samuel Eto'o has insisted that he has no concerns about facing his former club Chelsea if he is selected to make his Everton debut this weekend.

The 33-year-old sealed a two-year deal at Goodison Park yesterday after being released by Chelsea at the end of last season.

Eto'o, who has insisted that he wants to continue playing at the top level, could go up against Chelsea in his first game for the Toffees when Jose Mourinho's team travel to Merseyside for Saturday's clash.

When asked in this morning's press conference about possibly facing Chelsea, Eto'o said: "I'm not concerned. The important thing is to integrate with my new team."

Eto'o was linked with a free transfer to Liverpool before the Reds signed Mario Balotelli.
