Liverpool have confirmed that Alisson Becker, Roberto Firmino and Joel Matip are out of Sunday's game with Chelsea due to COVID-19.
Reds manager Jurgen Klopp - who will miss the game himself as he self-isolates - previously confirmed that the club had recorded three more positive tests among its playing staff.
Fifteen minutes before the release of the team news, Liverpool revealed that goalkeeper Alisson, centre-back Matip and striker Firmino are the three players to miss out at Stamford Bridge.
A statement on Liverpool's website read: "Alisson Becker, Roberto Firmino and Joel Matip have been ruled out of Liverpool's clash with Chelsea today after returning suspected positive tests for COVID-19.
"The trio will play no part in the fixture at Stamford Bridge and are now isolating. It follows news Jurgen Klopp will not be present at the encounter after also registering a suspected positive test. All other members of the Reds' playing squad have subsequently been tested and received negative results."
Liverpool are also without the suspended Andy Robertson, while Thiago, Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi, Nat Phillips and Harvey Elliott remain in the infirmary.
