Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean has admitted that it is "brilliant" to have leading scorer Yakubu back from suspension.
The 29-year-old has missed Rovers' last three league games after receiving a red card in the win over Wigan Athletic last month, but is available to face Queens Park Rangers this weekend.
"To get the Yak back, he's our leading scorer and we've missed him. It's brilliant for us to have him back. It's not only his enthusiasm, he's a clever player," Kean told Sky Sports News.
"We've got a way of playing him now because we know what his favourite runs are and we know what service he likes.
"If we give him the service he's going to be a real important player for us in the remaining games."
Yakubu has scored 12 goals in the league this season.
