Adriano keen for Barcelona stay

Barcelona defender Adriano insists that he does not want to leave the club.

Barcelona defender Adriano has insisted that he wants to stay at the Catalan club.

The 28-year-old Brazilian international, who is out of contract next summer, has recently been linked with an exit from the Camp Nou at the end of the season.

"We can reach an agreement between both parties," he told Marca. "My intention is to stay at Barcelona where I feel very comfortable and happy."

Adriano joined Barca from Sevilla in 2010 for around £12m.
