Lionel Messi has admitted that he is pleased with the focus that Barcelona showed during Sunday's 5-1 win over Osasuna in La Liga.
The Argentine forward scored four of his side's goals ahead of Wednesday's Copa del Rey clash with Real Madrid.
"The important thing was to get this game going," Messi told reporters.
"There was so much talk about the Clasico before the game, but first we had to play Osasuna and focus on this game."
Sunday's win has moved Barca 11 points clear of Atletico Madrid in the La Liga table.
