Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has lavished praise on Sergi Roberto following the midfielder's performance in Saturday's 2-0 win at Eibar.
The 23-year-old has struggled for first-team football this season, but he was given a rare start at the Ipurua.
Enrique has said that Roberto "had a spectacular match" and also insisted that the Spaniard has a bright future at the Camp Nou despite his lack of games.
"[Sergi Roberto] had a spectacular match, considering how difficult it is for someone who doesn't get many minutes," Enrique told reporters. "He played at a high level because he trains very well, but he has a long journey ahead of him.
"He doesn't lose the ball, has a good passing game and is very complete. I know him very well and it's a shame that I haven't been able to give him more minutes. He can be an important player for the club. He's proved it."
Roberto was linked with a move away from Barcelona in January.
