Turkish international Arda Turan has reportedly agreed a new long-term contract with Atletico Madrid.
The 26-year-old was expected to depart the Spanish capital outfit in the summer with the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United linked with his services.
His current deal expires in 2015, but according to AS, the winger has agreed a contract extension that will stretch his stay for another two years.
Turan, who has started the season in impressive form for his club, joined Atletico from Galatasaray in 2011.
