Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger remains tight-lipped on whether the club will be signing Montpellier striker Olivier Giroud.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has refused to comment on whether Montpellier striker Olivier Giroud will be joining the club next season.

It was recently reported that a fee had been agreed between the Gunners and the Ligue 1 champions for the 25-year-old.

However, Wenger has given nothing away over a possible switch for the French international.

"I won't say anything to you," he told TF1. "Even under torture!"

Giroud scored 21 goals last season as Montpellier clinched the first Ligue 1 title in their history.
