Terry Connor "enjoying every minute" at Wolves

Wolverhampton Wanderers interim coach Terry Connor reveals that he is "enjoying every minute" of his time in charge of the Premier League strugglers.

Wolverhampton Wanderers interim coach Terry Connor has revealed that he is "enjoying every minute" of his time in charge of the Premier League strugglers.

The 49-year-old was promoted to first-team manager in February following Mick McCarthy's sacking.

Despite the threat of relegation, Connor insists that he is taking the positives from the new experience.

"My family are very supportive with what is going on," he said. "They see this as an opportunity, as I do, and I am enjoying every minute of it. It has been great.

"I feel I am picking the right teams for the games. We work on it in training, we prepare properly with video sessions - we do everything we can in order to try to win the game."

Wolves are currently six points adrift at the bottom of the table after Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Stoke City.
