Half-Time Report: Queens Park Rangers in control against Yeovil Town

Sebastian Polter and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas give Queens Park Rangers a two-goal lead at the halfway stage of their League Cup clash at Yeovil Town.

Queens Park Rangers have taken a 2-0 lead into the break of their League Cup clash with Yeovil Town this evening.

The visitors broke the deadlock in the 16th minute when Sebastian Polter stole the ball from Stephen Arthurworrey, before firing an effort past Artur Krysiak.

Jay Emmanuel-Thomas then doubled QPR's lead four minutes later with a close-range finish after being picked out at the back post by Cole Kpekawa.

Nedum Onuoha then headed an effort wide, before Polter saw his attempt blocked on the line as QPR took a dominant lead into the break.
