Sports Mole previews the London derby between Chelsea and West Ham United.

Chelsea return to Premier League action when they host West Ham United on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues have produced two strong performances against Manchester United and Steaua Bucuresti in cup competitions over the past seven days, and they will be looking to take that form into their match with West Ham.

Manager Rafael Benitez is likely to make changes to his starting lineup, with Gary Cahill, Frank Lampard and Demba Ba all expected to return.

West Ham have been in indifferent form in the Premier League in recent weeks, but they did record a 1-0 win over Stoke City earlier this month.

Boss Sam Allardyce could be forced into at least one alteration from that team, with Joe Cole an injury doubt.

If Cole is deemed unfit to start, he could be replaced by Jack Collison.

Sports Mole says: 2-1
