Jose Mourinho: "I have no strikers"

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho reportedly claims that he has "no strikers" to choose from, despite having Samuel Eto'o, Fernando Torres and Demba Ba.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has claimed that his side's Premier League title bid will fail because he has "no strikers".

Mourinho has Samuel Eto'o, Fernando Torres and Demba Ba as his three recognised centre-forwards but the Portuguese coach dismissed the trio.

Mourinho is reported to have said: "I have a team but no strikers. It is not possible for us to win the Premier League.

"We have Samuel Eto'o. Yes, Eto'o. but he is 32, maybe even 35, I don't know."

Mourinho reportedly believed that he was talking privately to a confidant at Swiss watch manufacturers Hublot, before the comments were eventually leaked by Canal+.
