Wales flanker Justin Tipuric is confident that he can earn a starting place for the British and Irish Lions this summer.
Tipuric will battle with Sam Warburton for the number seven shirt in Australia, but he believes that 'hard work' will stand him in good stead.
"It's never nice with the captain in your position but I've had it for the last few years with Wales," he told BBC.
"You've just got to keep enjoying your rugby and keep working hard and training hard more than anything. A lot of it is down to form and the game plan the coaches want to follow."
The tour gets underway on June 1.
