Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett has heaped praise on Benik Afobe following the striker's goalscoring debut for the club.
The 21-year-old spent the first half of the campaign on loan at MK Dons before making a switch to Molineux earlier this week for an undisclosed fee.
Afobe had to make do with a place among the substitutes in yesterday's home meeting against Blackpool in the Championship, although having been introduced shortly before the hour mark he helped to make the difference in his side's 2-0 win.
"Probably the introduction of the substitutes has changed the game for us," Jackett told reporters. "It seemed to change the flow and we built up.
"Scoring on your debut as a centre-forward is what dreams are made of and certainly helps when you come to a new club."
The victory leaves Wolves sitting one point off the playoffs in eighth place.
