West Bromwich Albion accept offer from Hull City for Shane Long?

West Bromwich Albion reportedly accept an offer that could rise to £7m from Hull City for striker Shane Long.

West Bromwich Albion have reportedly accepted an offer from Hull City regarding striker Shane Long.

The Tigers were close to clinching Long's services towards the end of the summer transfer window last year, but a move could not be agreed.

Now, it appears that the Baggies have accepted a bid that could rise to £7m with add-ons for the Republic of Ireland international, who is expected to hold talks with Hull today, according to BBC Sport.

Long has 18 months remaining on his current contract at The Hawthorns.
