Tottenham Hotspur's Eric Dier: 'Every game in hunt for top four is like a final'

Tottenham Hotspur defender Eric Dier believes that the next 12 Premier League games are like "finals" as they fight for a top-four place.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Eric Dier believes that the final 12 games of the club's Premier League season will be as crucial as cup finals.

The North London outfit are fighting for a top-four place, and currently reside six points off the pace with a game in hand.

Tonight, Spurs will take on Swansea City, who are currently one place below their opponents in the table, at White Hart Lane.

"I'm very determined - I think everyone is now," Dier told Sky Sports News. "We've only got one focus now and we'll give it 100% every game. It's 12 finals really to try and get into that top four.

"[Swansea have] been improving a lot as the season's gone on. We've just got to do our best and try to get the three points - that's the most important thing."

Manchester United currently occupy fourth spot in the standings.
