Adel Taarabt prepares to sign with PSG in the winter transfer window.

Adel Taarabt is still expected to leave Queens Park Rangers next month, according to reports.

The midfielder was benched after falling out with teammates earlier this season. However, he has since been welcomed back into the fold, according to manager Neil Warnock, who was impressed with the Moroccan's substitute appearance against Sunderland this week.

Taarabt, who has also been linked with Serie A side Napoli, is understood to favour a return to France with Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint-Germain.

The former Lens man was on the verge of leaving Loftus Road for the French league leaders last summer, but the club failed to meet QPR's £13m asking price. However, it is understood that Neil Warnock will now accept an offer of £9m.
