Goalkeeper Claudio Bravo says that he was "comfortable" during his Manchester City debut against Manchester United on Saturday.

Claudio Bravo has claimed that he felt "comfortable" during his Manchester City debut, despite making some questionable decisions against Manchester United on Saturday.

The Chile international, who signed from Barcelona last month, was thrown into the derby clash even though he had spent just two days with his new teammates.

Bravo failed to deal with a cross into the danger area, which led to Zlatan Ibrahimovic scoring, while he also avoided giving away a penalty and red card after lunging in with high studs on Wayne Rooney.

After the match, which ended 2-1 in City's favour, manager Pep Guardiola praised Bravo's performance, and the player himself was satisfied with his display.

When asked how he felt after the final whistle, Bravo told reporters: "Good, good. Comfortable. We have a team here that has personality, we are improving day by day and the matches that we want to win are these, against our rivals, and for that reason I am happy. I am happy with my first week, with the work I have done."

Bravo's next outing is expected to be tomorrow's Champions League group match against Borussia Monchengladbach.
