Bayer Leverkusen youngster Kai Havertz has reportedly attracted interest from Liverpool.
Having already made 28 appearances in the Bundesliga, the 18-year-old is regarded as one of the biggest prospects in Germany and it has resulted in interest both domestically and abroad.
The midfielder netted four times during a 5-1 win for Germany Under-19s over Belarus on Wednesday night, and according to the Daily Mail, scouts from Liverpool and numerous other clubs were in attendance.
Manager Jurgen Klopp has made a habit of showing faith in youth at Anfield, and it appears that the Reds boss may be willing to spend whatever it takes to sign Havertz for the Merseyside giants.
Havertz - who does not turn 19 until June - has already made two starts in Germany's top flight this season.
