Liverpool are sweating on the fitness of Sadio Mane after the attacker was reportedly sent to hospital after suffering a shoulder injury in training.
The 24-year-old, who joined the club from Southampton for a reported £30m fee earlier this summer, impressed on his debut on Sunday by scoring in the Reds' 4-3 victory over Arsenal.
There are now concerns that Mane faces a spell on the sidelines as he was taken to hospital for a scan on his shoulder, which he damaged during today's training session, according to the Liverpool Echo.
The Merseyside outfit are next in action this Saturday when they take on Burnley at Turf Moor in their second game of the Premier League season.
