Leroy Lita to turn out for Ipswich Town?

Former Swansea City striker Leroy Lita is reportedly in line to play for Ipswich Town in a friendly tonight.

Leroy Lita will reportedly feature for Ipswich Town in their friendly encounter away at Braintree Town this evening.

The 29-year-old is currently a free agent following his release by Premier League outfit Swansea City at the end of last season.

However, the former England Under-21 international has been offered the chance to earn a contract by Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy, starting with tonight's clash against the Conference team, according to the East Anglian Daily Times.

Last season, Lita scored one goal during a loan stint with Brighton & Hove Albion.
