Walter Samuel, Zdravko Kuzmanovic and Diego Milito also come into the side for the Serie A clash at the San Siro.

The Nerazzurri are looking for their first win of 2014, having gone six games without a victory this year.

Sassuolo, meanwhile, welcome Lorenzo Ariaudo, Paolo Bianco and Alessandro Longhi into the team in place of Pedro Mendes, Thomas Manfredini and Reto Ziegler.

Sassuolo have lost eight of their last nine matches in all competitions.
