Philippe Coutinho's agent Kia Joorabchian has reportedly approached AC Milan to offer the Italian giants the chance to sign his client during this summer's transfer window.
The 29-year-old is expected to leave Barcelona in the coming weeks, as he is not part of Ronald Koeman's plans at Camp Nou moving forward.
The Brazilian is currently recovering from a second knee operation in quick succession, and he has not played since December, having seen his season cut short due to injury.
A number of clubs, including Everton, continue to be linked with the playmaker, who only made 14 appearances for his current club during the 2020-21 campaign.
According to Tuttosport, Coutinho's agent Joorabchian has made contact with Milan to offer the Serie A outfit the opportunity to sign the attacker ahead of next season.
The report claims that the Italian team are looking for a replacement for Hakan Calhanoglu, who has joined Inter Milan on a free transfer.
Coutinho still has two years left to run on his contract at Camp Nou, and it is thought that he is more likely to leave on loan this summer than move on a permanent deal.
