Three MLS clubs are reportedly interested in signing Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo.

The 37-year-old was left out of the squad for Saturday's 1-1 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge after refusing to come on as a substitute against Tottenham Hotspur on October 19.

Ronaldo has returned to training ahead of Thursday's Europa League game against Sheriff Tiraspol, but he is believed to be keen to leave Old Trafford in the January transfer window.

According to The Mirror, Inter Miami, Los Angeles Galaxy and Los Angeles FC are all interested in signing the striker, who is under contract with United until next summer.

The Portugal international would still prefer a move to a Champions League side, but a move to the MLS could offer him a way out of United.

The Galaxy and LAFC have filled their three designated player spots, but they are still considering moves for the Portugal international, while a transfer to Inter Miami would see him play under the management of former United teammate Phil Neville.

Ronaldo has only started two Premier League games this season, but he has begun all four of United's Europa League games, and is in contention to feature against Sheriff on Thursday.
