Crysencio Summerville is reportedly happy at Leeds United and is willing to stay past the January transfer window, despite interest from Burnley, Everton and Bournemouth.

Crysencio Summerville is reportedly prepared to stay at Leeds United past the January transfer window, despite interest from Premier League sides Burnley and Everton.

The 22-year-old made the switch to Elland Road from Dutch champions Feyenoord three years ago for £1.3m and has since established himself as a key player for the Whites.

Summerville featured on 28 occasions in the Premier League last term for Leeds as they were relegated back down to the Championship following a three-year spell in the top flight.

The youngster is also a regular for his nation's youth team, earning eight caps for Netherlands Under-21s since making his debut in November 2021.

According to GIVEMESPORT, Summerville is happy with his current situation at Leeds and will not be pushing for a move away in the January transfer window.

The report claims that the attacker has built a strong relationship with new Whites boss Daniel Farke, who has been tasked with guiding the club back into the top flight at the first attempt.

Summerville has enjoyed a productive start to the Championship term in Yorkshire, scoring six goals and providing four assists in 11 second-tier matches, including a brace against struggling Huddersfield Town on the weekend.

It is understood that Burnley, Everton and Bournemouth are all interested in securing the services of the Dutchman in the New Year, with all three top-flight clubs aiming to boost their chances of Premier League survival.

Vincent Kompany's Clarets tried to sign Summerville during the recent summer transfer window, however the Turf Moor club had their £20m bid for the player rejected.

The report states that following his goalscoring antics at the beginning of this season, the attacker's valuation is now higher than £25m, and Leeds are said to be in no rush to sell.

Summerville's contract at Elland Road expires in the summer of 2026, meaning that the Whites are in a good position to drive a hard bargain with any potential suitors.

Unlike the situation of teammate Willy Gnonto, the Dutchman is believed to have not pushed for a move away in the summer and is content with life in the Championship at the moment.

Burnley have struggled to score goals in the opening months of the Premier League season, netting just eight times in 10 matches, with only basement dwellers Sheffield United managing fewer strikes.

Summerville and Leeds will look to close the gap on second-placed Ipswich Town when they travel to face league leaders Leicester City in the Championship on Friday night.
