Willian has admitted that manager Maurizio Sarri was right to criticise Chelsea's players on the back of their 3-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Blues produced their worst display of the Italian's tenure as they fell to a maiden defeat of the campaign in last Saturday's defeat at Wembley Stadium.
Sarri admitted that his side were not good enough, while also singling out N'Golo Kante for particular criticism due to the French midfielder's positioning.
Willian has no complaints about Sarri's stern words, with The Telegraph quoting him as saying: "Always in football you have to improve, even when you are winning games.
"I think every player has to improve. Even when you play good, you have to continue, you must not stop. Not only N'Golo, but every single player has to improve."
Chelsea bounced back with a 4-0 win over PAOK in the Europa League on Thursday and play host to Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday.
