Wigan's Franco Di Santo reveals that he is training hard to improve on last season's form.

Wigan Athletic striker Franco Di Santo has revealed that he is training hard in order to improve on his form last season.

The Argentine was the club's top scorer last term with seven goals as the Latics once again narrowly avoided relegation.

"It was a good season for me personally scoring seven goals and winning the golden boot award, but the aim for me this season is to improve on that number and as always do my best for the team," the 23-year-old told Wigan's official website.

"One thing I have been doing over the summer whilst on holiday is thinking of new celebrations, so hopefully the fans will get to see more dancing on the pitch this season!"

Di Santo moved to the DW Stadium from Chelsea in 2010 for £2m.
