Schalke 04 striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has insisted that he will remain with the club despite interest from other European clubs.
Huntelaar, who could return to the Schalke squad at the weekend, said that his focus remains on helping the Royal Blues qualify for Europe.
"I am definitely staying," he told Kicker. "I feel great here and in the Bundesliga. I've never experienced a better atmosphere anywhere else.
"Not playing in Europe at all would be a catastrophe for us players and for the club. However, I don't think it will come to that. I am totally focused on fourth place."
The 29-year-old joined Schalke from AC Milan in 2010.
