Manchester City tracking Kyriakos Papdopoulos?

Manchester City are believed to be keen on landing Schalke 04 centre-back Kyriakos Papadopoulos.

The 21-year-old Greek international has become one of the Bundesliga's best defenders since his move from Olympiacos three years ago.

Roberto Mancini is reportedly keen on adding to his defensive options and Papadopoulos is among the names on his shortlist, according to talkSPORT.

Zenit St Petersburg had a £16m bid accepted for Papadopoulos last summer, but he rejected the chance to move to Russia.

AC Milan have also been linked with the player in the past.
