Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho believes that his side deservedly won against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Wednesday.

James Rodriguez's 83rd-minute goal settled the Group A contest at Estadio Do Dragao.

"We deserved a better result, but we won and that's what counts," he is quoted as saying on UEFA's official website. "We now have six points.

"We managed to impose our game on PSG, which was an important strategy, as it meant we could create chances and score.

"We took an important step with this win but we must continue doing it, with the same unity and spirit we showed here."

In the other Group A game on Wednesday, Dynamo Kiev defeated Dinamo Zagreb 2-0 at home.
