Juventus seek permanent Juan Cuadrado deal?

Reports claim that Juventus are eager to make Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado's loan move permanent at the end of the season.

Juventus are reportedly keen to strike a deal to sign Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado on a permanent deal with the Colombian having impressed so far during his loan spell at the Italian champions.

The 27-year-old started just four matches after arriving at the Blues from Fiorentina for £26m in January, but he has already featured as many times for Massimiliano Allegri's side since moving back to Serie A in late August.

The London Evening Standard claims that Juve have an option to buy Cuadrado on a permanent basis at the end of the season, and that Chelsea may look to use that interest as leverage as they look to bring Paul Pogba to Stamford Bridge.

However, Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that this permanent option is actually no more than a "gentlemen's agreement" which requires all parties to agree on a €22m (£16m) fee.

Cuadrado scored 20 goals in 85 Serie A games for Fiorentina during three years at the Italian side before moving to England in the January transfer window.
