Eden Hazard and Cesar Azpilicueta drop to the bench ahead of Chelsea's Premier League meeting with Swansea City at Stamford Bridge.

Antonio Conte has made four changes to Chelsea's starting XI ahead of Wednesday night's Premier League meeting with Swansea City at Stamford Bridge.

Cesar Azpilicueta and Eden Hazard, who began Saturday's 1-1 draw with Liverpool, have to make do with a spot on the substitutes' bench.

Tiemoue Bakayoko and Danny Drinkwater are also among the subs, with Antonio Rudiger, Cesc Fabregas, Pedro and Willian coming into the starting lineup against the Swans.

Paul Clement, meanwhile, has opted to make no alterations to the XI that drew 0-0 with Bournemouth at the weekend.

Star striker Tammy Abraham is not in the squad as he is not eligible to play against his parent club.

Chelsea: Courtois; Cahill, Rudiger, Christensen; Alonso, Zappacosta, Fabregas, Kante; Pedro, Willian, Morata
Subs: Caballero, Drinkwater, Hazard, Bakayoko, Moses, Azpilicueta, Ampadu

Swansea City: Fabianski; Van der Hoorn, Mawson, Naughton, Olsson; Ki, Carroll, Mesa; Sanches, Ayew, Bony
Subs: Nordfeldt, Fer, Dyer, Routledge, Clucas, Rangel, McBurnie
