Wolverhampton Wanderers announce that Leonardo Campana and Theo Corbeanu become the second and third players to move out of the club on Friday.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have announced the departures of Leonardo Campana and Theo Corbeanu.

Earlier on Friday, the Premier League outfit confirmed that Goncalo Guedes had linked up with former club Benfica on a loan deal until the end of the season.

That was in response to the likes of Matheus Cunha and Pablo Sarabia being brought in from Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain respectively.

However, with more arrivals expected in due course, Wolves are in a position where they plan to facilitate a number of departures before the end of the month.

If reports are to believed, Connor Ronan is on the brink of linking up with MLS side Colorado Rapids on a permanent deal.

The Irishman will not be the only player from Wolves to be featuring in the 2023 campaign Stateside with Campana having now completed a permanent switch to Inter Miami.

Last year, the Ecuador international contributed 12 goals and one assist from 28 appearances in all competitions, including 11 strikes in the top flight.

Upon reaching an initial agreement over a loan in 2022, the two clubs negotiated terms where the Florida-based outfit had the option of activating a transfer on a full-time basis.

That has now been taken up ahead of the upcoming campaign, and Wolves also revealed in the hours before that confirmation that Corbeanu was heading back out on loan.

Corbeanu has been allowed to link up with Arminia Bielefeld, who are currently competing in the second tier of German football.

While Bielefeld sit third from bottom, they are only four points adrift of the mid-table positions, and Corbeanu will expect to challenge for a regular starting role.

Before returning to Molineux earlier this month with a minor injury, the 20-year-old chipped in with three goals and one assists in 17 Championship appearances for Blackpool.

The Canada international still has three-and-a-half years remaining on his contract at Wolves.
