Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Manchester United could line up for Saturday's Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.

Manchester United will have Antony, Christian Eriksen and Scott McTominay available for selection for Saturday's Premier League clash with Crystal Palace at Old Trafford.

Antony has missed the last three games after taking a leave of absence amid domestic abuse allegations made against him, but the Red Devils confirmed on Friday that the Brazilian "will resume training at Carrington, and be available for selection, while police inquiries proceed".

Meanwhile, manager Erik ten Hag has revealed that midfield duo Eriksen and McTominay are both "back" and in contention to play against Palace after missing Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Eagles in the EFL Cup third round due to illness.

However, Man United have suffered a double injury blow as Lisandro Martinez is facing an "extended period" on the sidelines with a foot problem, while Sergio Reguilon will miss this weekend's game with an "minor injury".

The Red Devils will also be without Jadon Sancho (disciplinary reasons), as well as injured quintet Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia (all muscle), Amad Diallo (knee) and Kobbie Mainoo (ankle).

With three left-backs all nursing injuries, midfielder Sofyan Amrabat could continue in a makeshift left-back role after making his full debut in defence against Palace in midweek, while one of Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire or Jonny Evans is set to partner Raphael Varane at centre-back.

Mason Mount is in contention to start after recovering from a hamstring injury to play the first 45 minutes on Tuesday, and the Englishman could play alongside Casemiro in midfield, with Bruno Fernandes expected to start either in the number 10 role or on the right flank.

Alejandro Garnacho and Anthony Martial will both be hoping to retain their places in the first XI after scoring in midweek, although the latter is likely to be replaced up front by summer signing Rasmus Hojlund, while Marcus Rashford is expected to be recalled on the left wing.

Manchester United possible starting lineup: Onana; Dalot, Lindelof, Varane, Amrabat; Casemiro, Mount; Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford; Hojlund
