Eric Dier and Dele Alli make their first starts for England against France at Wembley.

Tottenham Hotspur duo Eric Dier and Dele Alli have been handed their first starts for England against France at Wembley.

Dier, who made his international debut in the loss to Spain on Friday night, partners Alli in central midfield as England boss Roy Hodgson makes seven changes to his side.

Captain Wayne Rooney returns to the side in attack, while Harry Kane, Ross Barkley, Raheem Sterling and Joe Hart are the four players to retain their spots in the lineup.
