Crystal Palace midfielder Jefferson Lerma will be assessed ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with West Ham United at the London Stadium.
The Colombian midfielder has emerged as a doubt after he was taken off on the 20-minute mark in Palace's 2-0 win at Leicester City on Wednesday due to illness.
Jean-Philippe Mateta, who scored against Leicester, Eberechi Eze, Will Hughes and Tyrick Mitchell were among those who also suffering with illness prior to kickoff, but they all started again the Foxes and are in contention to play again this weekend.
Mateta is likely to lead the line, with support provided in attack by both Eze and Ismaila Sarr, although Eddie Nketiah and Justin Devenny are in contention to be recalled if manager Oliver Glasner decides to freshen up his lineup.
While Mitchell and Daniel Munoz are set to continue as wing-backs, the potential absence of Lerma could see either Cheick Doucoure or Daichi Kamada handed a start in centre-midfield next to Hughes.
Now that Trevoh Chalobah has returned to Chelsea, Glasner has four centre-back options to choose from, including summer signing Chadi Riad who has recovered from a long-term injury and will push to play ahead of Chris Richards. Marc Guehi and Maxence Lacroix, meanwhile, are expected to start again in the back three.
Crystal Palace possible starting lineup: Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guehi; Munoz, Hughes, Doucoure, Mitchell; Sarr, Eze; Mateta
