Delon Armitage is to start in England's World Cup opener against Argentina on Saturday, according to The Guardian.

The 27-year-old will reportedly start in place of the injured Mark Cueto, who is struggling with a back problem.

Coach Martin Johnson will also be without captain Lewis Moody, who is suffering with a knee injury.

Armitage has made 19 appearances for England since his debut in 2008.
