Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to begin discussions with Christian Eriksen over a new contract.
Eriksen joined the Lilywhites from Ajax in 2013, but The Mirror claims that the midfielder is only on a wage of £32,000 a week.
Chairman Daniel Levy is keen to tie the Danish international to a new deal and could double his salary, should he stay at White Hart Lane.
It is thought that Eriksen may want to keep his options open if Spurs fail to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League, but the North London outfit are believed to be focused on offering new deals to key players.
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are said to have shown an interest in signing the 22-year-old in the past.
