Harry Redknapp once again confirms that he is keen to sign Emmanuel Adebayor on a permanent basis.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has reiterated his desire to sign Emmanuel Adebayor on a permanent basis.

The striker is currently in the middle of a season-long loan deal from Manchester City.

Since his arrival, Adebayor has found the net seven times in 11 outings and as a result Redknapp is keen to tie down the Togo international to a long-term contract.

"I would like him here full-time. It would be difficult, but we like him," said Redknapp.

"He's done great for us. He gives us loads of movement when he plays, and he's a real handful."

Adebayor is expected to start for Spurs at Stoke City this afternoon.
