Tottenham Hotspur remain without Toby Alderweireld, Erik Lamela and Ben Davies

Tottenham Hotspur will be without Toby Alderweireld, Erik Lamela and Ben Davies for their Champions League clash with AS Monaco.

Toby Alderweireld, Erik Lamela and Ben Davies have all been ruled out of Tottenham Hotspur's clash with AS Monaco.

It had been hoped that at least one of the trio would be available for the crucial Champions League clash in Monte Carlo, but it has been revealed that all three remain on the sidelines.

The knee injury sustained by Alderweireld against West Bromwich Albion was initially deemed 'not too serious' by head coach Mauricio Pochettino, but the Belgian defender is still continuing with his recovery.

Lamela has not played for almost a month after suffering a hip injury, while left-back Davies is still having treatment on an ankle problem.

Third-placed Spurs head into the fixture four points adrift of their hosts with two games remaining in Group E.
