Kenny Miller has urged fellow striker Steven Fletcher to bury the hatchet with Scotland manager Craig Levein and return to the squad.
The Wolves striker has not been involved in the squad since August 2010 after criticising Levein's tactics in an interview and texting the Scottish FA to tell them he did not wish to be selected.
"Steven made his stance, he didn't want to be considered for whatever reason. But we want our best players available," Miller told BBC Radio Scotland.
"If he's changed his mind, maybe it's up to him to make the first move.
"If the gaffer wants to include him again then it's up to the two of them to sort it out."
The 24-year-old scored both goals in Sunday's 2-1 win over Sunderland.
